Leaflow Affiliate and Influencers Program
Terms and Conditions
1. Overview of Program Terms & Conditions
By participating in the Leaflow Affiliate and Influencers Program, you agree to comply with these program Terms and Conditions. The program is designed to establish a collaborative partnership between Leaflow LLC and individuals interested in promoting our yoga and wellness products.
2. Eligibility
- Individuals must be at least 18 years old to participate in the program.
- Participation is open to individuals with a strong online presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, blogs, etc., defined as having a minimum of 5,000 followers with content primarily focused on yoga, wellness, or related topics, and demonstrating consistent engagement that aligns with the values of the Leaflow brand.
3. Application and Approval
- Submission of the application form does not guarantee participation.
- Applications will be reviewed individually, and approval is at the discretion of Leaflow.
- Leaflow reserves the right to reject applications without providing reasons.
4. Program Benefits
Approved affiliates and influencers will have access to a personalized dashboard with a personal referral link or QR code, real-time clicks/conversions tracking tools, and exclusive promotions. Commissions will be earned for every sale generated through the unique affiliate link.
5. Commissions
- Commission is paid on valid and completed sales only and will not be paid for canceled or returned orders.
- Commissions will only be paid out monthly once the affiliate’s earnings reach the minimum threshold of $100.
- State sales tax and delivery expenses paid are not included in the commission.
- The commission rate is determined by Leaflow and is subject to change with 14 days’ notice provided via email.
6. Payment
Payments are made through the chosen payment method in the affiliate’s dashboard once the affiliate’s total commission reaches a minimum threshold of $100. Leaflow is not responsible for any fees associated with payment transactions.
7. Content Creation
Affiliates and influencers are expected to create authentic and positive content that aligns with the values of the Leaflow brand. Content must not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party. Leaflow reserves the right to request the removal of any content that does not align with the brand’s values.
8. Use of Materials
Affiliates and influencers may use marketing materials provided by Leaflow for promotional purposes only. Unauthorized use of Leaflow’s intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
9. Termination
Leaflow reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the program at any time and for any reason. Termination may occur if there is a violation of these program Terms and Conditions or for other reasons deemed appropriate by Leaflow.
10. Modifications
Leaflow reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time. Changes to these Terms and Conditions will be communicated to affiliates via email.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any conflict of law provisions, except to the extent governed by federal law of the United States. By participating in the Leaflow Affiliate and Influencers Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
